Accessibility at HireDirectNow

I want everyone who hires with us, or wants to work with us, to be able to use this site.

That includes people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification or voice control.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We don't claim every page meets every guideline, and when we find a problem, we fix it.

What we've done

  • Text and buttons have enough color contrast to read easily.
  • Every link and button works with a keyboard and shows a clear focus outline.
  • Headings, labels and landmarks are set up so screen readers can find their way around.
  • Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small phone screens.
  • We don't use an accessibility overlay widget. We fix the site itself.

Last reviewed

We last reviewed this site in October 2026, using automated testing and hands-on keyboard checks. We review it again when we make significant changes.

Known limits

Some parts of the site come from other companies, and we can't fully control how accessible they are:

  • Scheduling. Booking a call opens Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. If it gives you trouble, email or call me and I'll set up a time with you directly.
  • Security check. The intake chat on hiredirectnow.ai uses a Cloudflare security check to keep out spam. If it blocks you, email or call me instead.
  • Other sites. Links to LinkedIn, YouTube and X open those services, which manage their own accessibility.
